Blended or Hybrid classes (sometimes referred to as Co-op classes) would be a single class or group of classes that meet on a schedule other than the five day a week physical campus model that was the norm before the Internet. Now students attending college find that, not only is the physical class just one of the environments that classes can be taken in but, in many cases, it is the least popular choice.
Blended or virtual classes are the new normal. Blended classes may refer to a group class that meets at a physical location one or two days a week, with the student completing the balance of the course assignments through a Learning Management System. It can also refer to a class that has a live instructor that holds class virtually via Zoom or some other video conferencing tool. Instead of sitting in a physical classroom together, the teacher and students are all logged into the same virtual portal, and can see, hear and interact in much the same way they do in a physical classroom.
Classes listed on this section may be courses offered directly from Families of Faith Christian Academy International or they may be from one of our Integrated Partners with whom we have an articulation agreement, which means FOFCAI has vetted the course and determined it meets the academic and accountability standards for the credit offered.
